A launch date is useful. An installer still wants to know whether the cables reach, the loads behave and the commissioning screen makes sense on a windy balcony.
Here are five questions shaping the release review for LinkPower’s planned late-September stacked balcony ESS.
1. Which PV modules fit the input window?
The pre-release sheet lists four PV inputs with defined voltage and current limits. Final string and module compatibility must be checked against the released manual and cold-condition voltage calculations.
2. What happens when a demanding appliance starts?
The current sheet lists 2500W rated AC output and short-duration overload capability. The real project still needs appliance startup data and simultaneous-load planning.
3. How is grid export managed?
Current development includes adjustable grid-connected output and optional wired-CT or Wi-Fi-meter anti-backflow accessories. Destination-market requirements and final supported hardware need confirmation.
4. How will expansion be commissioned?
Installers need the permitted battery combinations, communication layout, addressing steps, firmware requirements and a repeatable test procedure.
5. What works when the internet does not?
The planned system combines front status indicators with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and cloud monitoring. The final handover should explain local operation, reconnection and fault reporting without assuming perfect internet.
